You’ve articulated such a good method for dealing with triggers and writing great articles from them! I often write from triggers, and while I don’t think my pieces usually sound accusatory, I don’t think I always know my own point clearly until I look back on the piece several days or sometimes weeks later. Then I wish I’d organized or titled it differently.

It’s hard because I also feel a pressure to publish consistently, but at this point I care more about my writing to find that balance between passion and self-responsibility. Your piece is inspiring me to keep taking a little more time before hitting publish.
