This is very relatable. I also cope with depression by constantly distracting myself- to the point where it switches to anxiety instead. Like a pendulum. But I’ve been trying to learn to sit with the discomfort more until it becomes less uncomfortable. It takes a lot of work sometimes, and helps to have people to share the experience with. Thanks for sharing ❤️
