I definitely agree with the main point of this article. I don’t think it’s worth avoiding things to sleep better altogether though, but instead shifting your attitude around it. Lately I’ve been taking valerian (an herbal supplement) around 9 just to relax rather than right before bed and telling myself, “sleep now!” This shift in mindset has helped a lot.
